Very nice and friendly staff, helped me resolve the issue with early check-out, clean room, good area not far from the center within walking distance

There is no air conditioning in the hotel, which we did not pay attention to when booking, so we only stayed for one night, because it was very hot, if you need air conditioning in summer, this option will not suit you, the room was slightly worn

The place had a really good location. Just a few minutes walk to metro station to get to city center or anywhere. Room was nice and clean.

+ Nice and clean rooms + The staff was very accomodating. The first room we got was on the 5th (top) floor , which made the temperature go above comfortable levels due to the lack of air condition. When we asked the staff we got upgraded to two double rooms on the third floor where the temperature was more bearable. Much appreciated since we only had to pay for one twin room.

Overall a nice place to stay, a little far from downtown, but I felt safe in our hotel.

It was nice that I didn't have to walk up many stairs to get to our hotel room because I am 7 months pregnant. We were on the main floor. We loved that we could drop our things off in the locked luggage room before we could check in.

Our room was right next to the courtyard. We had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. We also didn't realize there were 2 smaller windows above the doors to the courtyard that were open. We could hear people early in the morning and late in the night. We could also smell when people were smoking. We had checked that the doors were closed but didn't know about the 2 windows above the doors.

Bad ventilation, clean but very small rooms

Room was clean

Room was very small, storage space was also not enough, except of shower gel there were no further cosmetics in bathroom. Biggest issue was the ventilation - definetely not sufficient.

Great value for money

It is very good for the price. The location is great since you have a metro station, bus stops and a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was OK and comfortable and the breakfast was good enough (it’s a small buffet with bread, croissants, eggs, ham, bacon, veggies, apple and orange juice, milk, coffee and cake). They also offered free luggage storage after checkout, since we had our train until late at night, so that was nice.

We got a room with several defects that reception didn’t know what to do about. They said the maintenance team would come on Monday but we weren’t staying until then, so they gave us a free breakfast as compensation. The bathroom light switch is at a very uncomfortable location, since it’s outside the bathroom and if you open the door, you have to go around it or close it, which can be annoying.

All in all, I'd reccomend this hotel. The price was good, the location was great.

The location was really great. It was pretty close to the centre, so we could easily walk, but there was an underground station nearby, so we could travel by metro too. The room was clean and that's always the most important for me when I travel. Breakfast was tasty, everything was fresh.

We got another room because we had a problem with the lock and in our new room things were organised in a different way. I would add a shelf under the bathroom mirror because we didn't have enough place for our cosmetics.

1) Location was very good. Very close to the the city center with U-bahn and close enough by walking yet away from the touristic rush and noise. There are variety of good restaurants nearby e. g. Pizza Randale & Mosquito 2) Our room was cleaned everyday. 3) Definetely value for money
